π§ A Conversation with My Soul – Why I Do What I Do

Me: Hey, how are you?
My Soul: I’m doing great, yaar. How about you? Thanks for asking. How’s life moving?
Me: It’s moving forward — sometimes like a storm, sometimes like sunrise. But always moving.
My Soul: I feel the fire in you. But tell me — why are you so obsessed with business?
Me: Because business is my canvas.
It’s where I turn ideas into opportunities — not just for me, but for others.
Because I’ve seen how a spark, when shared, becomes a bonfire of growth.
I want to grow — by making others grow. That’s my fuel.
My Soul: Sounds noble. But are there insecurities beneath that?
Me: Yes. I carry scars.
But those scars are not weaknesses — they’re symbols of experience.
There were betrayals.
People I trusted, who drained instead of driving forward.
But I didn’t give up.
I became wiser. Stronger.
And I learned how to protect the vision while keeping my heart open.
My Soul: That’s resilience. So tell me — what exactly is your purpose?
Me:
To make the last 5 minutes of my life feel meaningful.
To breathe my final breath with a smile that whispers, “It was all worth it.”
Not because of what I owned —
But because of who I became, and how I helped others transform.
I want to build leaders. Dreamers.
Problem-solvers who change the world — starting with their own.
My Soul: What brings you joy?
Me:
Teaching. That’s my true nature.
The sparkle in a student’s eyes when a robot moves for the first time — that’s priceless.
Spending time with kids.
Cooking and sharing food.
Seeing my daughter smile.
Getting messages from students saying, “Sir, you changed my life.”
Or when a parent says, “You made my child believe in themselves.”
Those are my real trophies.
My Soul: And what keeps you up at night?
Me:
This one question:
“How do I make my people grow — not just in skill, but financially, emotionally, and spiritually?”
How do I build an ecosystem where talent doesn’t get wasted in silence?
Where loyalty is not just appreciated — but rewarded?
Where even the most silent dreamer gets a platform to roar?
But I’m not stuck. I’m taking action.
Setting systems. Building structures.
Leading with compassion and clarity.
My Soul: Let’s talk about your journey. From where you started… to here.
Me:
From xerox shop boy… to founder.
From part-time trainer… to Edupreneur in Dubai.
From rejections… to recognitions.
From doubts… to directions.
I’ve trained over 1.5 lakh students.
Built Otomatiks from scratch.
Now we’re in 22 branches, training 17,000+ students, with 100+ staff members.
From Vellore to Dubai… and soon Saudi and Qatar.
That’s not luck. That’s persistence.
My Soul: The past 3 months… what have they taught you?
Me:
That growth is not always loud.
That patience is a business skill.
That Dubai is not easy — but it’s showing me my true capacity.
That I can survive financial strain and still smile.
That a vision backed by heart cannot be crushed.
I’ve found the courage to say no, the strength to stay firm, and the humility to say, “I need help.”
My Soul: And what are you dreaming now?
Me:
To create more than a business.
To build an ecosystem — one where
- A team member becomes a trainer, then a leader, then a director.
- A student becomes an innovator.
- A franchisee becomes financially free.
- A parent becomes proud.
- I want Otomatiks to be that kind of place.
My Soul: What would you say to your future self?
Me:
Keep your fire, but soften your edges.
Stay grounded, but never shrink.
When it’s overwhelming, breathe and remember: You’re already living someone else’s dream.
And one day, when you’re old and grey, may your story be one that teaches others to believe again.need to be perfect to uplift others. You just need to be intentiyourself
✨ Final Thoughts
This isn’t just my story.
It’s for every founder who doubts themselves.
Every teacher who wonders if it’s worth it.
Every parent who wants to leave a better world for their child.
I’m building something real.
Not just with bricks and brands —
But with purpose, pain, persistence, and people.
And this is just the beginning.
