My Son Built a Robot, But Didn’t Know Why” — A Parent’s Wake-Up Call


It was a Thursday evening when a parent walked into our Otomatiks centre in Dubai, visibly confused but curious. She had enrolled her 10-year-old son, Aarav, in a robotics program elsewhere a few months ago.

“He built a line follower robot,” she said, “but when I asked him how it works, or why we need such robots in real life… he had no clue.”
