π From Jaguar to Journeys Beyond
This was my Jaguar.
A car I was once proud of… but forced to sell during the pandemic, when our business stood on the edge of collapse.
When the entire education sector shut down, survival—not luxury—became the priority. There is no shame in failing. What matters is how you rise.
Post-pandemic, our business has grown 300x. Not by chance, but because of the value, quality, and relationships we had built with clients for more than a decade.
Some may ask: “If business grew, why not buy the Jaguar again?”
As a first-generation entrepreneur, I once chased every dream a businessman has. But reaching that peak taught me a deeper truth:
-
A Jaguar depreciates.
-
A business, when nurtured, appreciates.
And sometimes, businessmen are like soldiers—sacrificing everything, literally everything, for the sake of their business and the families who depend on them, just like a soldier’s family depends on him.
The pandemic also showed me the importance of pitstops. Every pause, every setback, every challenge is where you gather the real experience that shapes your journey.
During those days, I visited my Fortea cafΓ© daily—washing vessels, setting SOPs, designing menus, training staff. Out of the same tough phase, Branzoid was born from scratch with my wife learning alongside me. Fortea (though started earlier) was streamlined into a brand. Jobritz began taking shape.
If there had been no pandemic, there would have been none of these pitstops. And without those pitstops, there would have been no milestones.
Today, after 16 years as an educationist:
π We are currently training 20,000+ students
π We have already trained 1.5 lakh+ students
π And we support 130+ families with direct employment
I now live in Dubai, with our new branch, still hustling every single day… and marching toward many more milestones.
Looking back, I see the pandemic itself as the greatest pitstop of all. It slowed me down, only so I could gather the strength, clarity, and experience to accelerate further.
Hats off to every entrepreneur who began with nothing but purpose and self-belief as their greatest investment. This journey has taught me it’s never about the cars we drive or even the peaks we reach—it’s about the pitstops, the sacrifices, and the impact we create along the way.
